Mark has worn many hats during his career in software development and consulting, from engineering to project management to strategic consulting. As President and CEO at DDV, he is able to pull from his experience when making crucial decisions for the nationwide consulting firm.
Since joining DDV in 1996, Mark has transformed the company into the industry’s leading independent and solutions agnostic professional services firm. He revolutionized project delivery by creating a streamlined methodology that introduced IT best practices into the delivery of voice solutions. He also designed DDV’s web-based customer collaboration portal, which gives customers a second-to-none interactive interface for project management, managed services and mission critical Day 2 Support services.
For over a decade, Mark has been involved in coaching soccer and hockey. Mark also is an avid mountain biker and regularly plays soccer in an adult league.
